Stefan Behrisch is active worldwide as a composer, arranger, conductor and music producer. Great stylistic openness and versatility characterise his work and his approach to music.

His work includes orchestral productions with Jacob Collier and Snarky Puppy, non-linear game music concerts for the Elbphilharmonie, film scores with Howard Shore, a new arrangement of the »Ring des Nibelungen« for the Cologne Opera, world music with Bokanté and much more.

He has worked with the LA Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Paris, Tonhalle Orchester Zürich, hr-Sinfonieorchester, Staatskapelle Dresden, WDR Big Band, Metropole Orkest, BBC Symphony Orchestra and many others.

Many of the productions in which he has participated have been nominated for Grammy Awards and other prizes and have achieved top chart success. Stefan Behrisch teaches as Professor of composition at the Dresden University of Music. He lives in Berlin.
