Drummer and Cellist Andrea Beninati graduated with full marks under the guidance of Luca Provenzani at the Pietro Mascagni Conservatory in Livorno.

He has played with Danilo Rea, Ares Tavolazzi, Stefano »Cocco« Cantini, Mirko Guerrini, Nico Gori, Piero Frassi, Gabriele Evangelista, Giovanni Falzone, Dee Alexander, Ben Van Gelder, and many others.

Andrea has recorded many albums both as drummer and cellist. Among the artists he has recorded with are: Daniele Silvestri, Noemi, Renzo Rubino, Emma Nolde, Naomi Berrill, Marco Parente and many others.

He regularly collaborates with the Italian singer Karima and songwriters Naomi Berrill and Emma Nolde.

He has played in a lot of important venues and festivals in Italy, Japan, Spain, Ireland, Germany, France, Switzerland and UK.
