Your Concert Visit

We want to make your concert experience as enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or problems during your visit, our foyer team will be happy to help you at any time.

We endeavour to avoid changes to the programme and line-up. Nevertheless they may occur at short notice in individual cases. We will inform you of this in an e-mail shortly before your concert visit and on our website.

For many concerts we offer a discursive supporting programme directly at the venue: concert introductions, talks with the artists and round-table discussions take place before or after the events.

Many concert evenings and events are accompanied by a detailed programme booklet. In addition to the programme of the evening, you will find biographies of the artists and introductions to the works by music experts. 

In addition, there are digital programme booklets for all events, which you can find on our homepage on the respective event pages on »Programme and Tickets«. Help us to help the environment and use these digital services!

We ask for your understanding that in some concerts a quota of seats is reserved for our sponsors, without whom Beethovenfest Bonn could not take place.
