Oliwia Meiser, a Polish cellist living in Berlin, is an active soloist and chamber musician. She is currently studying at the Franz Liszt School of Music in Weimar in the class of Prof Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt.
She is a scholarship holder of the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Berlin e. V. and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation. In the years 2017–2021 she was a member of the internationally renowned string orchestra LGT Young Soloists. Meiser has performed at numerous festivals, including the Rheingau Music Festival, the Merano Music Festival, the Francigena International Arts Festival and the Crescendo Festival Berlin. As a soloist, she has performed on the stage of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, at the Musikverein Vienna and with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra.
Oliwia is a semi-finalist of the German Music Competition 2021 in the piano trio category. She plays an outstanding Italian instrument of high artistic and historical value, built by Paolo Castello.
