The stage and costume designer Tatjana Ivschina has been working on national and international stages for many years. She also develops innovative concepts and exhibition projects. She studied painting and fine arts in her home town of Tashkent, Uzbekistan and at the Offenbach University of Art and Design.

Tatjana Ivischina has worked with renowned directors at the Leipzig Opera, the Bern Theatre, the Deutsche Oper am Rhein and the Landestheater Linz.

She was nominated by the magazine »Opernwelt« as »Stage & Costume Designer of the Year« for various sets, and other productions with her sets won the »Production of the Year« award.

Tatjana Ivschina has worked on all family operas at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein since 2009.

In 2018, she taught stage design as a guest professor at the Offenbach University of Art and Design.
