Wolfram Sander is a dramaturge and artistic production manager/creative producer. After training as a carpenter, he studied at the Institute for Applied Theatre Studies in Gießen and in Montreal. After graduating in 2012, he worked in various roles for international festivals and production venues such as Ruhrtriennale, Festival THEATERFORMEN Hannover/Braunschweig, SPIELART Munich, HELLERAU – European Centre for the Arts and SOPHIENSÆLE Berlin.
In addition, he regularly realises his own creations at the interface of sound art, live performance and installation with performances in Germany, Austria, France, Sweden, Canada and Mexico.
In addition to his interest in transnational networking between artists and the question of hosting in the context of international festivals and residencies, Wolfram Sander is increasingly focussing on the topics of inclusion/access as well as aspects of cultural participation and social justice within the performative arts.
