We use the service Sentry (Sentry, 1501 Mariposa St #408, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), in a local installation to improve the technical stability of our application. The software helps us respond to display errors on our website without the need for visitors to report them. We log the IP address, operating system/browser used, steps that led to the error and HTTP headers when errors occur. Sentry serves these purposes alone and does not analyse data for any other purpose. User data, such as details of the device or time of the error, are collected anonymously and are not used in a personalised way and are subsequently deleted.
