Description
Fabian Müller’s »ultra« project continues as he performs all of Beethoven’s thirty-two piano sonatas over the course of two festivals. The second half opens at the Bonn Opera House with the well-known »Moonlight« Sonata as the centrepiece. Alongside it we hear the Sonata No. 16, full of witty understatement, and the Sixth Sonata, which secured the young composer’s reputation as a genius. The Bonn pianist presents his own musical introduction before each of Beethoven’s works.
