The Neuma Quartet was founded in Poland in 2022. The four musicians graduated with honours from the conservatories in Łódź and Bydgoszcz.

Immediately after its formation, the quartet reached the final of the International Rubinstein Competition and qualified for this year’s edition of the Nielsen Competition and the Szymanowski Competition. The Neuma Quartet’s most recent successes include 1st prize at the International Mozart Competition in Vienna and the Grand Prize at the International Beethoven Competition.

The quartet made its debut together with Italian pianist Leonora Armellini at the opening concert of one of the most prestigious chamber music competitions in Poland – the Bacewicz Competition in Łódź.
