Helena Weinstock-Montag studied classical flute in Hanover, Antwerp and Paris, is a founding member of the Stegreif Orchester and has been a member of the Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin since 2022. Helena Weinstock-Montag plays in classical orchestras such as the Hanover State Opera and the ensemble musica assoluta, experiments with improvised music in ensembles such as the Andromeda Mega Express Orchestra and, inspired by a scholarship from the TONALi Stage Academy, continues to look for ways to make access to classical music more accessible.

In the Stegreif Orchester, Helena Weinstock-Montag is a member of the artistic advisory board and arranged and recomposed the music for #bechange: Thinking together with Alistair Duncan.
