Description
With two harrowing piano trios by Lili Boulanger and Anton Arensky, the Trio Orelon with its Rheinbach-born violinist Judith Stapf opens the last of the three »Symphonie en miniature« concerts in the Rhein-Sieg district. Beethoven’s bright Symphony No. 2 serves as a contrast – in a feather-light trio version. An evening alternating between seriousness and hope, reflectiveness and lively joie de vivre.
