The concert at at glance
Description
»Der Mensch als Tier. Warum wir trotzdem nicht in die Natur passen« (»Humans as Animals: Why we are still strangers to nature«) – that is the title of the philosopher Markus Gabriel’s latest book. In it he considers the place of humankind in nature as he seeks answers to the crises of our time. As part of the reading, soprano Anna-Lena Elbert and pianist Amadeus Wiesensee perform art songs from the 19th century to the present day.
