The artist Yoann Bourgeois constantly seeks out new forms and manners of interaction with time, space and other beings. Building upon that distinct vision, the Yoann Bourgeois Art Company was designed to function as a living laboratory in perpetual motion, allowing Bourgeois to infinitely extend his creative process. As a powerful tool for research, production and collaboration, the company brings together all the necessary ingredients for the design and creation of original artistic creations. Within this innovative laboratory, Bourgeois and his team rely on unique physical devices to build upon the distinct principles that underlie each creation. Every work amplifies phenomena, with minimal principles developed on a larger scale, in numerous forms and for different destinations (shows, audiovisual creations, events, installations, etc.).

For over ten years, the Yoann Bourgeois Art Company has flourished as a center for sharing, experimenting and inventing, powerfully driven by the forces of curiosity, connection and creation, as it explored new manners of partnership and production. The company’s international outlook reflects a desire for continued growth and fresh encounters between the artist and new collaborators, while continuing to remain firmly anchored to its exceptional Alpine center, located in France’s beautiful Massif de la Chartreuse.

Yoann Bourgeois Art Company is organized around five main departments: artistic, production, administration, communication and technical. The company has 6 permanent employees, around 60 casual workers (dancers and technicians), and various collaborators who support it throughout the creative process. The company also works with a number of specialized partners in the fields of diffusion (Asterios, Live Nation/ UTA, CXA...) and audiovisual production (Big Prod, BWGTBLD).
